Previewing photos is free. Video generation uses your account credits; the button shows the cost. Any available welcome credits are shown in your account. There is no unlimited free generation offer.

03Is this a filter or a generated video?
It is a newly generated video. The model uses your photos as visual reference and creates a scene and performance, rather than placing a filter over an existing clip.
04Do I need one photo or two?
Either works. If both subjects are in one photo, use only the first slot. For two portraits, use both slots. The portraits become a single reference sheet on your device before upload.
05Why is there no song in my video?
Your video may include generated audio. The original song is not bundled. Add your own or licensed music.
06Which resolution can I choose?
Each clip is five seconds. Choose 768P or 2K; the generation button and quality cards show the credit cost. Hotel Lobby uses your shared site balance and current credit plans.
07Can I use photos of my pets?
Yes, pets can be reference subjects too. Use clear photos of each pet. Anatomy, markings and gestures may vary, so results are creative interpretations.
08Do I need an original performance video?
No upload is needed: our demo video is included as the performance reference. You only provide portraits. Exact motion copying and precise lip sync are not included.
09What happens if a generation fails?
Confirmed failed or canceled tasks return their reserved credits. A task awaiting provider confirmation or moderation keeps its reservation until the outcome is known. Check the library before submitting again.
