Jean Phil video generation troubleshooting
What to do when a task is queued, rejected or looks different from your photo.
Queued or polling paused
Keep the existing task and use its status refresh or resume control. Do not start a replacement merely because polling stopped. One October 20 test took 11 minutes 11 seconds including queue time; that observation is not a delivery-time promise.
Rejected or failed
Check the error, image rights and consent, supported format and selected settings. Safety screening can reject inputs. Confirmed generation failures return credits; a pending or unknown task is not a confirmed failure. Contact support with the task ID if it remains unresolved.
The face or clothes changed
Movement references can strongly influence appearance. Use a clear single-person input and a simpler action, but do not assume a retry will preserve identity. Review the real examples before spending again. For privacy or deletion requests, contact help@jeanphilaigenerator.com; see the privacy policy for storage limitations.
A real failure before generation
During the October 20 test, uploading the image initially returned moderation_unavailable. The video task had not been created and no generation credits had been consumed. The cause was a server runtime incompatibility in the provider request handling; it was repaired while keeping safety screening enabled. This past incident does not mean every upload error has the same cause. Do not repeatedly resubmit a photo while a service error persists.
Separate pending, failed and completed tasks
Pending or processing means the result is not final. Refresh the same task if automatic polling pauses. A confirmed failure follows the credit-return flow; an unknown outcome should be checked before another paid request. A completed task whose face differs is a quality issue, not automatically a failed provider task. Send support the task ID, settings and the visible error; never include your password or payment-card details.
Download and deletion are different operations
Sign in to the account that owns the task before downloading. In the tested flow, the authenticated download returned the video and an anonymous attempt was rejected. This does not mean every underlying storage URL is private. Removing a library item is not a file-erasure operation. For input or output deletion, email support from your account address with the task ID and the scope of the request; do not send the image again.
The completed task after recovery

No screenshot of the original error was retained. The failure description above comes from the test record, not a reconstructed error screen.
